We have developed Revit add-ins and cloud-based databases for a 1,200-strong engineering firm, which enable all modellers involved in Revit projects to always work with the latest content. This ensures that the company standard is always used where there are no project-specific deviations. If special specifications are required, these can also be coordinated centrally. The content is versioned so that updates can be handled securely. This means that all projects can be updated quickly and securely by those responsible for the model of a trade, and a rights system secures access.
