Webcast series: Which way to the digital company?

More and more companies in the construction industry are pushing ahead with the digitalization of their business. In doing so, they often find that the results of their efforts fall short of their expectations. The envisaged benefits do not materialize and the change process becomes a stress test for day-to-day business, employees and managers.

How do some companies manage the digital transformation? And why do others find it more difficult? Tim Hoffeller, Managing Director of ekkodale, and Kourosh Ghaffari, process consultant for SMEs, will provide answers to these questions in the six-part webcast series "How to become a digital company?" starting on September 30, 2022. They will provide a practical description of how powerful IT, clever data management and well thought-out process design need to be combined to turn data and processes into a digital company.

Executives, BIM managers and those responsible for digitalization at construction product manufacturers, construction companies and planning offices will also learn in the webcasts how people and technology can best work together and why clear role expectations are important for seamless processes.
